These beta terms explain what Kakadoo does, what it does not do, and how to use its recommendations responsibly.

A discovery service, not a travel agent
Kakadoo helps families shortlist travel ideas. It does not currently take bookings, hold customer money or form part of the booking contract. Any booking is made directly with the provider shown after you follow a partner link.
Check before you book
Prices, availability, journey times, facilities, age restrictions, weather and other travel details can change. Always confirm the final information, cancellation terms, passports, visas, insurance and accessibility requirements with the booking provider.
Scores and rankings
Kakadoo scores are recommendations based on the preferences you provide and the information available to us. They are not guarantees. Sponsored placements and affiliate payments do not change match scores or the order of independent search results.
Beta content
Some areas are clearly marked as sample, fictional or prototype content. Do not treat those examples as live offers. A real offer will be clearly identified and will link to the provider for current details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. These terms may be updated as Kakadoo’s public service and business identity are finalised.
